Planning, execution & handover
Construction & Turnkey Projects
From an early brief to coordinated execution, bring your residential or commercial building requirements into one clearly defined scope.
Before we begin
Start with the property location, intended use, available drawings and your preferred timeline. If the brief is still taking shape, identify the decisions that need professional input before requesting a final quotation. Land information, approvals, structural design and specialist services should be reviewed with the appropriately appointed professionals.
Agreeing the details
A proposal should explain the scope, assumptions, exclusions and payment stages. Changes to layouts, finishes or quantities can affect both time and cost, so record them before authorising the next stage. At handover, review the completed scope and collect the documentation agreed in the contract.
Scope and availability are confirmed through a written proposal. Images are illustrative concepts.
