Care for the life of your property
Property Maintenance & AMC
Give occupied properties a structured approach to inspections, routine upkeep and planned maintenance.
Before we begin
Share the type and use of the property, its location and the systems or areas that need attention. Existing maintenance records, equipment information and a list of recurring problems help establish the brief. Distinguish routine service requirements from urgent faults so each can be handled through the appropriate channel.
Agreeing the details
An AMC should specify covered activities, visit frequency, reporting and exclusions. Confirm how replacement parts, specialist services and additional work will be approved. Keep service records accessible to the property team and review the scope when occupancy or the use of the building changes. Emergency response is not implied unless expressly included in the agreement.
Scope and availability are confirmed through a written proposal. Images are illustrative concepts.
