THE DIVISION

A clear scope for
the work ahead.

Material sourcing is a specification and coordination exercise as much as a purchasing decision. The Lapisfra Materials division supports enquiries for construction materials by helping clarify the required product, quantity, delivery location and commercial basis before an order is considered.

  • Construction material sourcing and trading enquiries
  • Product and specification clarification
  • Supplier availability and quotation coordination
  • Quantity, delivery and unloading requirement discussions
  • Documentation of agreed substitutions and commercial terms

Before we begin

Send an itemised requirement wherever possible. Include the product grade or specification, approximate quantities, intended application and site address. State whether you need a particular brand or an approved equivalent, and identify any documentation required by the project team before supply.

Agreeing the details

Availability, rates, taxes, transport and unloading arrangements must be confirmed in a written quotation. Check deliveries against the order and raise discrepancies promptly. Material selection and acceptance should follow the requirements set by the project designer or other responsible professional; an alternative should not be assumed equivalent without review.

Scope and availability are confirmed through a written proposal. Images are illustrative concepts.
